nexxo	8d12a40a42	feat(admin): host onboarding UI (add / live stepper / retry / remove) ... Real hosts list, add-host form (StartHostOnboarding), host detail with live progress stepper (Reverb + wire:poll fallback), retry failed run, remove via wire-elements/modal (deregister only).
