nexxo 8bcb5ec268 fix(admin): enforce hosts.datacenter FK (restrictOnDelete) — no deactivation side-effect ... The DB now refuses to orphan a host; datacenter delete pre-checks for a friendly message and catches the constraint as the race backstop.
