boban fa65bc1c2e Fix: ClamAV isInstalled() via file_exists statt Hardcode true 
Prüft /usr/sbin/clamd und systemd unit-Dateien ohne exec().
Zeigt Install-Button wenn ClamAV nicht installiert ist.
