  Artisan-Befehle (config:cache, route:cache, optimize:clear) liefen als
  'mailwolt'-User, PHP-FPM läuft als 'www-data' → Cache-Dateien nicht
  lesbar → 404 nach jedem Update. Default auf www-data gesetzt damit
  beide User übereinstimmen.
